Overkill borderlands 32/11/2024 Here is the code I used to generate the CSV file that is shared above, if anyone wants to tinker with the Infusion skill levels or update the damage multipliers for the TVHM values or whatever. This does not factor in anything beyond the basic resistance values (for Normal, not TVHM) so it does not take into account things that flat boost gun damage like Dread, Personal Space, etc. These values are based on a gun with a base damage value of 1000, Infusion 5/5, Tempest 5/5, and Forceful Expression 1/1. I knocked together a quick script to generate these values, and have shared some initial results here: To that end, i decided to buckle down and try to figure out the calculations for all possible permutations of weapon damage type, action skill element, and enemy type. As a somewhat lazy gamer, I would prefer to be able to largely 'set it and forget it' except when fighting notable bosses or in an area where there is a consistent enemy type.
